Is it really free to join?
Yes. Silver has no monthly fee — you join, get matched to founders, take clients, and keep 70% of every fee. Verdict™ only earns when you do, through the 30% service take. Gold and Platinum are optional upgrades that buy priority and volume once you want more deal flow.
How does the application work?
You apply through a short form. We verify your identity, confirm your operating experience, and review your specialism before your profile goes live. If it’s a fit, setup takes under a week. Credentials matter less than a documented record of doing the work.
What does "Vetted" mean?
Every specialist on Verdict™ passes three checks before their profile is published: (1) verified identity — government-issued ID confirmed; (2) verified track record — at least 3 years of documented operating experience in the specialism they list; and (3) Verdict™ human review — a team member reviews the application and approves it. Approved advisers sign an Adviser Agreement before going live. Vetted is the platform baseline — it applies to every Silver, Gold, and Platinum specialist. The tiers above it reflect performance earned on the platform through completed sessions and client ratings, not a higher standard of vetting.
When and how do I get paid?
You keep 70% of every session and fractional fee, plus your tier’s referral commission on platform revenue from founders you bring in. Payouts land on the 15th of each month for the prior month. We invoice the client and chase late payment — you don’t.
Are specialists exclusive to Verdict™?
No. You keep your own practice and clients. Verdict™ is an additional, matched channel — work the founders we send you, decline the ones you can’t take, and keep everything else you do elsewhere.
When is Gold or Platinum worth it?
When free Silver flow isn’t enough and you want more. Gold and Platinum buy priority placement, higher matched-referral volume, and a higher referral commission. Start free, upgrade only when the deal flow justifies it.
How does Verdict™ evaluate and promote specialists?
After every 60-min session or fractional engagement, your client leaves a star rating and a written review — both visible on your public profile. Your score is calculated on a trailing 90-day basis, so recent performance is what counts.
Tier promotion is merit-based and uses two thresholds:
Silver → Gold: 15 completed sessions + 4.5+ rating Gold → Platinum: 40 completed sessions + 4.7+ rating
If your rating drops below your tier's floor, you have a 30-day grace window to bring it back before any downward adjustment is made. We audit all specialist profiles quarterly — specialists who can't sustain the quality the platform is built on are removed. There is no shortcut to tier promotion and no manual override; the rating and session count are the record.
